When visiting many other educator websites, and from listening to my colleagues in their observations, I've decided that I would try to bring together people, books, videos, and other forms of media that help inspire me or have inspired me along my journey in education. I hope that it speaks to you and you get a sense of who I am in my philosophy around education.

My PQP practicum focussed on the work of John Hattie, more specifically, in effect size of formative assessment on student achievement. I included the aspect of making this easier for teachers to implement in their classrooms and more engagement of students by using technology.
For PQP candidates, it is my hope that this provides an example for you to generate your own practicum that will allow you to think as a leader, in a leadership role. If you have any questions, feel free to connect with me.

Myers-Briggs Profile - ENTJ
I've had an opportunity to go through a Myers-Briggs personality profile and the following was the result: ENTJ. This fits me quite a bit. I believe that within each of the parameters there is a variance to how strongly you fit, but generally speaking, I would agree with the result.
